Had not heard of the Masonic Children's Home until this weekend when I went to a wedding at what is now The Dominion House, a wonderfully remodeled building. Was looking for some history of the building and saw your wonderful story — sad, and yet, hopeful since your father evidently managed to make a nice life for himself and have a son who cared enough about him to listen and record his story. Thanks for sharing.
